Yes I do believe that way to , rent should actually fluctuate the same direction with inflation, otherwise, landlord/ladies, would loose a lot.
Yes it is true that landlord Willis quite a lot if the inflation occurs. Also a lot of countries believe that this should never be done. Hence most of the rent is quite the same.
I feel that to make money with currency we need to have a lot of it to invest and to have the capacity to wait for the right time. Euro owners should have sold a couple of months now for example.
