There is a wonderful feature in your profile to the left under "settings" called "edit ignore list". You can simply type in the name of any members whose posts you don't want to bother having to see on your screen, and "poof", they're not there.
Thanks JR Ewing for that delightful pointer there, will keep that in mind, just wondering though whether such settings are in other forums am in and better yet if it could work out in my day to day life{offline}...i know i 'd be glad
Okay. Thanks for the update. You can also simply choose to ignore those people period by skipping over their posts. I come across many posts I don't care for. It doesn't bother me but whatever gives you peace of mind, do it.
Extremely good to know! I agree with dianethare... that's a "delightful pointer" as she said. I'm probably too nosy to actually use it since I like to see what's going on, but so glad to know it's there for backup!
Very helpful feature, I didn't know it was there. Although if I add people there, I'll start to see a lot of one-sided conversations
That would be the whole point of it, blocking from you way people that annoy you, eventually people that don't answer my questions already blocked me?
Now what I'm wondering is who you've had to ignore recently that has prompted you to post about it, eh?
