Many places now have stores that open seven days a week, so can people if they want to still go to church? Does going to church make a person more religious? I have met some people who go to church because they think it makes them a better person, however I don't see it that way. I don't go to church, but that doesn't make me less religious or a worse person because I choose not to. (I used to go to a church school.) Some people who do attend church do it because that's how they have brought up, and others do it because they feel they need guidance and help, or in the case of older folk, they like the company. Is going to church outdated, and should churches be open more frequently so people juggling jobs can still go and pray? The days of churches being open all the time has gone with people going in and stealing things sadly, and it's society that loses out.
