I hope that guarantor for a tenant gets into fashion before I retire because my plan is to build an apartment with my retirement pay so the rent will tide us over until the day we die. What happens when we are in our old age and the tenant would bully us in not paying the rent? That would be a pitiful situation for us. But maybe what I would do is to get referrals or recommendations in lieu of the guarantor. A recommendation from the boss in the office will suffice that requirement for me.
