@Profit5500...am asking him {Rainman} that because on the first page of this thread he says he's an insomniac, hence wanted to know how he remedies the problem...because seriously, sleeping for 3 hours is too short a time...don't you think?, either way i had no clue that those pills can cause more harm than good
Well dianethare pills have more then enough chemicals in them now days. I just don't use them for what they can do to you. Three hours is a short amount of time to sleep but what is required is 8 hours from what most researchers say.
You are right about the chemicals within, surely there must be a remedy to sort out that sleeplessness...maybe then he could go the natural/herb way...just a thought...on the aspect of 8 hours being the maximum time to rest...some scientists are begging to differ...
I need 8 hours and even then I feel some somnolence. But I am also on some medication where it is a side effect.
Lately I have been really busy with my job so I get around 4-5 hours of sleep. I also have trouble going to sleep due adjustments in my thyroid medication, it makes me want to stay up all night and post on forums.
I try to get 8 but I usually end up with only 6-7 hours. If only there was an off switch for you body....
Im not sure. I get intermittent sleep because I have the computer alarms set to go off when market conditions are met. When the computer is calling, I get up and it ruins my deep sleep pattern. I never get a healthy 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It's four hours here, and four hours there.
