Hey bulls, I spend some time trading on MarketWatch.com with pretend money. What you can do there is start a game for a group of traders so you can see who is standing and making the most money out of the group. The last one I ended with almost 10% gains, and had a really fun time. I wouldn't mind setting one up if there is interest on the board.
That sounds like a very useful aid for understanding how the stock market works. Also like it would be nice to compete.
Virtual Stock Market Game Hi Ariana, I would definitely be interested in doing this stock market game. I suppose that is what you have to do when you have no money I did a fantasy stock market league a long time ago. It was insightful and fun!
I'd love to do something like this. I feel like it'd be a great tool to learn some basic stock market concepts, if people took it seriously. These forum sort of games are often a lot of fun.
Hi Ariana, you can count me in. It is a great way to gain experience and have fun at same time. Let me know when you want to get it started and thanks for the invite.
It might be fun to try. It has to be a good aid for someone who is trying to learn how and what the stock market is about.
This sounds great. I've taken part in a few contests like this in college competitions. It gets very messy and tense - and a hell lot of fun. Count me in!
Sounds very interesting for me to learn how to survive and thrive in today's stock market. Definitely interested in a virtual stock market game.
This is definitely a good way for traders to practice. I'm the buy and hold type, so I'm not going to be participating. It would be interesting to see how everyone is doing, you could make this into a tiny competition between all the participants and post results here to the forums etc!
