Interesting To See Disney Spending Billions Of Dollars Acquiring Rupert Murdoch Assets

It looks to me as though the likes of Google, Apple and Amazon are really scaring more traditional entertainment companies such as Disney. Spending upwards of $50 billion acquiring an array of Rupert Murdoch assets may well be good value in the long-term but this is an extremely competitive market. What does everyone else think of this transaction?
