As Iran's sanctions were lifted, stocks across the Middle East fell as Iran prepares to start exporting oil after a long time. A surge in oil supplies could make oil prices go even lower.
    Europe didn't fair any better . . .
European shares failed to cling on to an initial gain, falling to their lowest in more than a year, and Asian stocks declined as crude oil sank to a 12-year low on the lifting of sanctions against Iran.
