Is Donald Trump Helping Or Hindering Us Trade In The Far East?

Donald Trump's visit to Asia seems to be very up and down - one day he is making friends and the next he is upsetting the same people he made friends with the day before! Is he helping or hindering US trade in the Far East?

 

I do wish he'd not say and tweet some of the things he does, and I've had concerns about him ever since he declared his candidacy a couple of years ago.

But I'm glad he's president instead of Hillary or Bernie, and I like the general direction the country has been moving in overall.

I've really been unhappy with congress over the years, and expected much more from them since Trump became POTUS. It seems as though much of congress is all the same whether they are democrat or republican.

I expect democrats to act like democrats and be pro big govt and to have other leftist agendas. But I am furious when republicans go along with this all and act like democrats when the republicans are the party in power. I am hoping to see some new blood come into the republican congressional ranks in the coming years - time to clean house.

 

A politician should at the least act in ways consistent with what they campaigned on. We have RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) in congress who campaigned relentlessly on repealing the Affordable Care Act, for instance who voted against a repeal once we got a president in office who would actually sign the bill into law.

We have a problem with people who desperately want the power and eventual wealth they will have access to as a politician, who have views which align them with our democrat party, but who run as republicans because they will not be elected in their states as democrats. So they basically pretend to be republican, but once they get into office they will act as democrats whenever they think they can get away with it.

Our population is still largely conservative and pro-American for the most part, but our universities, media, and entertainment industries are very left-leaning, and are shaping the views of many into people who want "change" - Barack Obama is a great example.

The Clintons are an example of politicians with no real ideology, not even any morals, values, or principles - they were all about using the government and political power to make themselves and their cronies as wealthy as possible.They were 100% for sale to the highest bidder, and have broken virtually every law and rule in the book to get and keep power and wealth.
