    Every time Donald Trump is under pressure in the White House he seems to attack a foreign body. The latest victim has been the EU with the introduction of more than $7 billion worth of tariffs which have been approved by the WTO. Is it time for Donald to lay off additional tariffs and look to work with overseas partners?
