Short sellers buying back? I agree but never under estimate Elon Musk!
New $1.5 billion bond issue to "help with production of Model 3" - good or bad for the share price in the short term?
Good that it wasn't a convertible bond but when will this destructive appetite for more and more funds end? When will the company actually move into profit? The potential risks/rewards are getting bigger as the company tries to move into the mass market.
These shares are moving higher on hot air alone. The figures suggest that the company will make nothing or at best a very small profit on each Model 3 yet they keep tapping the market for more and more money on the back of a "bullish" story.
I am still a short to medium term bear on this one - all good news is factored into the price with no scope for disappointment.
