    Nice! I agree with you, and you intended partly what I wanted to intend earlier: China doesn't want much to rely on the International market forever, they always preferred the domestic market, and try to make that transition. The problem is that this also means the money used to be into welcoming other countries is invested more and more to domestic industries/... and then, we got at the point we are today with China and imports decline.
    I am not sure if it is for the fact they feel China's import/export relationship is unfavorable right now, or because they see more clearly that China will really try to rely more on domestic market. And once they would have done that, any economical control of the China's economy seems hard, since it is inside the bounds of the country.
