I can't stop thinking about all of the verified benefits of real meditation for soothing nerves and neural pathways. I've seen articles where they tracked patients on MRI machines and other equipment and the benefits are actually quantifiable. So I want to research it for that reason alone. I think combining yoga and meditation seems like it can improve your life in ways that can be proven. If the abstract works for people I won't bash them but I'm also looking for tangible benefits in life as well.
