An analysis of the market by 720 Global’s Michael Lebowitz could be seen as a warning sign amid concerns stock valuations have become far too stretched in the USA. This is not the first time that experts have warned about overstretched stock valuations but this particular analysis does seem to go a little deeper than most. So, on what basis does Michael Lebowitz believe markets are overstretched?

We will see corrections, eventual bear markets, etc sooner or later.

The best thing those of us who don't have any control over the markets to do is to just be prepared - have some cash set aside, diversify, consider taking some profits from time to time... also consider alt investment strategies for parts of one's portfolio - commodities, paper real estate, high-dividend investments, hedging, perhaps a bit of $ in short term debt instruments, etc.

The problem is, the longer the elastic band is stretched the bigger the rebound when it eventually bounces back?
