Seems like the move to AI is having a momumental impact on chip sales and is likely to keep doing so for some time to come yet. Single figure PE ratio for this one is unheard of with a growth tech related stock. Interesting.
A techy stock with a single digit PE ratio - and potential for growth - must be a one to buy and tuck away? If the market doesnt start to reflect growth potential I would guess they could become a takeover target?
This is where takeovers and mergers come into play. If a company trading on 20 times earnings was to use paper to buy MU then it could afford double the current price and it would still be earnings enhancing from day one - even before any cost savings.
