One more thing: children adjust fast. They go into school, make new friends and very quickly they will be just fine living in the new city. So having a child is not really a problem. Now if you are in a relationship then it's harder... not easy for an adult to find a new job that they like etc. So that is something to think about... if you think the job is great and the only thing holding you back is moving.... I think your child will understand.
Right now, I don't really have much holding me back from moving besides my girlfriend and my family, so as long as they are relatively close by, I would be completely fine, for the right price.
