This is interesting and I agree that it could be good for some, but not so good for others. Some employees already receive the benefit so it wouldn't apply to them either way. However, I think that anyone who works overtime should be fairly compensated for it. If their over their forty hours per week, they need to be paid properly for it. Just my opinion though.
