All sarcasm aside, I can't see why the larger mainstream media is shifting their reports in favor of Israel. Then again, Israel is a powerful alliance to many Western countries. Money is being exchange and weapons are being bought in bulk to use against Palestinians. This current conflict didn't appear because of 3 dead Israeli teens whose deaths were not linked to Hamas as initially reported. This chaos was in the making and Israel was finding the perfect opportunity to bomb the living heck out of Palestine.
But why, why does the US care about Israel? What is this thing between Israel and the US, because of the US has a lot of Jewish people too?
I'm not too sure on the specifics Gelsemium, but Israel basically depends on the US for a lot of military and economic support, while the US uses Israel as a foothold for a presence in the Middle East.
