Penny Stock funds?

    Is there anyway to play the penny stock market via funds? Is there any good money managers that we can trust or any funds that are just in this market?
    Does any have skin in the same this way or are we better off to stick to the established names and companies?

    This to me is one of those things where you just find the occasional jewel among tons of crap.
