    It is extremely difficult to Get a handle on our feelings. There is not even a shadow of doubt yet it's certainly feasible by any means as we realize that numerous expert dealers know it well overall. How would we need to get a handle on our feelings in exchanging? Also, I don't believe that utilizing EA will be smart at all in light of the fact that most are not really great for exchanging they will consume your record gradually leisurely

    One thing that can help is this;
    Don't act on anger: When you’re angry, hold out, wait until reason takes hold. There is no worse trade than a “revenge” trade, in which a trader follows up a loss by jumping right back in to recoup. Consult your trading journal to get back on track.

    Very practical steps, and easily achievable. In fact this is something every trader should consider serious not just when you are stressed or things have gone wrong. The mind needs some time to process stuffs too.

    Every trader is different. To keep emotions under check, one needs to formulate their trading strategy based on your needs and market knowledge. Identify and set up your risk levels and benchmarks on when to enter and exit.

    Well said, we each need to define what sort of trader we are or want to be. That can go a long way in helping us make good decisions in the market.
