Has anyone watched the Samantha Lee show yet? It is a weekly show in which she talks about news stories and adds a comedy twist to them. For anyone who likes to hear the voice of a female comedian who spells out our nations problems in a humorous manner I recommend that you check her out.

This is interesting. I remember an old gag show here in my country too which sometimes tackled on the latest issues and controversies with a twist of humor in them. It was a very relatable and funny show because the audiences are very familiar with their topics. It's a good way of dealing with very serious issues on a lighter tone. :)

I haven't ever heard of her. I will have to google her. One thing I haven't heard anything about lately is the Comedy Central Daily News show that used to be hosted by John Stewart. Who is even doing that show now, and is it any good? i used to watch the Daily Show once in a great while, I find it kind of appealing.

I am not sure what channel the show is on because my other half normally controls the remote in the evenings. He found the show and thought I would like it. I will find out what channel it is on and let you all know.

I was never a fan of Samantha Bee, and the advertisements have put me off even further--it seems that she's going to be hitting the "sexism" trope over and over again with her show, and I'm just not interested in hearing about it. Hopefully that's not the case, but either way I have no real desire to watch.

Thank you for letting us know about this show. To be honest, I've never heard of this show before nor watched it in our cable television. I don't know if it's even available from where I am. I tried searching for it in YouTube but it seems like there aren't any episode uploaded there. I will definitely try searching for other resources online though. It seems like a fun show to watch just to lighten up serious issues that we have in the world. And I think it can be enjoyable to see the humour in such issues.

I am assuming that you are referring to Samantha Bee from The Daily Show. If so, I have not seen the show but I did like her when she was on The Daily Show. I thought that she was smart and funny and always did a good job, so I will definitely try to see if her new show is any good. I think that all of these people tend to go on to do pretty well and produce quality things, so I am sure she is the same too.
