Depending on who you ask, Obama is either the worst president ever or a president doing well under rough conditions.

I am split. I was never a fan of Bush. I definitely thought he ran the U.S. into the ground. Yet, I also think Obama hasn't lived up to his promises either. He's a great motivator, but not necessarily a doer (like many politicians).

However, I don't think he should necessarily be impeached as some say today. Do you?

Because that worked so well the last time Republicans pushed for impeachment.

The man's just your run of the mill neo-liberal that's still continuing Bush's anti-terrorist programs except he's more lenient on social issues when they have good polling numbers. He's thoroughly unremarkable. I will never understand the frothing hate for him outside of TEAM SPIRIT politics and racists.

He's a vile, corrupt, socialist, Chicago thug on domestic policy, and a weak apologist on foreign policy. I'd love nothing more than to see him go ASAP.

Won't happen though. Besides him still being protected by the media as the country's first AA president, I think Biden would be perhaps even worse. :(

President Obama is no worse than the other presidents, but at the same time he has done better than some of them, I do not see why he should be impeached, the Republicans are no better.

I'm quite sure it wouldn't be because of being a lousy leader... they just get voted out as soon as possible and hopefully before the damage is unfixable.

I do believe that the impeachment talk is about his arrogant "I'm the president and I'll do what I want whether or not the people or Congress agree with me" attitude. He's making some big errors in that area. Things that aren't done in a free country. Things that *are* done in a dictatorship. Our laws are written the way they are written to prevent the "I'll do what I want and to hell with the citizens" attitude.

I don't think the president should be impeached. Look at what Bush left us in and how much President Barack Obama had to clean up in the amount of time given. Bush just wanted control over the oil in Iraq. President Barack Obama managed to get Osama Bin Laden with the seal team, which ironically the same team that killed Osama Bin Laden were killed later on.

We'd been chasing Bin Laden for years. Obama had nothing to do with that. He simply gave the "ok" once Bin Laden was found.

It's been over 5 years since Bush left office. You can't continue to blame him for Obama's incompetence and other faults. That card is long played out.

It's pretty clear in hindsight that Iraq was a mistake, but Bush simply did what everyone on both sides had wanted to do for a good decade prior. A bipartisan Congress voted heavily in favor of going in. Most agree it's a huge mistake to have not left forces in place and to have cut out when we did. Isis will bite us in the ass.

.... And still the sheeple close their eyes. I hope it doesn't get to a collective horrified scream of "OMGGGGGGGGGGGG, why didn't I see this coming?!" but I'm not sure there's another option at this point because it seems inevitable.

What did President Obama do that would even allow such talk of impeachment to be brought up in the first place? If impeaching a President means that he didn't do his job the way the American people like, then wouldn't every President prior to Obama been impeach already? Sighs, I don't understand what is going on in Washington. This latest debacle is nothing more but a witch hunt by Republicans to literally bring this man to his knees with ultimate embarrassment and watch him beg for their mercy. This is a sick display of politicians wasting their time on nonsense and not doing their job.
