Don't forget that the markets dropped after the latest fed announcement where they decided not to hike the rates. It's time for a rate hike... the FED is waiting for the perfect timing but that only happens in a perfect world, there will always be some issues that are slowing the economy down. The thing is, the hike can be (and probably will be) really small and more of a "we have raised the rates" speech rather than having any real effect on the overall global economy.
