Wouldn't that actually be a bearish indicator? I'm half-kidding, as it's only one person. I don't think the institution investor survey is really all that bullish right now compared to historical levels. Still, people announcing in the media that they're giving up a long-held position and changing directions is always a bit of a contrarian indicator.
These markets fail because no one has any common sense on how it operates. You have to know your market and the audience in it. If there are no consumers you have no way of selling anything.
