Is it good? Do you recommend it to investing beginners? I'd like to get my little cousins knowledgable about the world of investing and I was wondering if this would be a good and simple enough site to introduce these kids to investing. If not, what other sites would you recommend?
I don't have any personal experience with etoro. A friend of mine has had some luck. I would say give it a try.
@wanderingwildman, did he invest in hundreds or thousands? Was it user-friendly? And what was the community like? I'd appreciate it if you asked him about it, since most of the people I know about who are using this today are still beginners pretty much who haven't put much in it yet.
He didn't give me a specific amount. I would venture to guess that his capital was rather low. He thought the community was strong and helpful. It was also extremely user friendly.
This, I agree it was definitely user friendly at first. Though after a while you don't need help from others, and the community isn't just there for help. But you can also get a lot of feedback from other people and their experiences.
That sounds very interesting, I think I'll give eToro a try, a user friendly interface is a must when dealing with newbie investors as it can all be a bit overwhelming.
You should really give eToro a try. It's great. I've used it before. It also provides you a demo account to try and practice with trading which is totally risk free. The community is helpful as well. And most of that, the demo account will really help newbies in learning about e trading. Join eToro. You won't regret for sure.
$500 in a matter of months, but I'm not that experienced as some of my friends... I might try other alternatives though, I don't find it pretty reliable.
Just created a thread asking for help regarding eToro on a different section... Did you earn $500? How much did you invest? Did you cash out without any issues? Why do you say that?
