The best way for me to destress is to spend some time in the great outdoors. I really like hiking. It gives me time to spend some time along and sort through life's problems. After a long hike through the woods I always feel so much better. Now that the summer season is here I like to go camping on the weekends. It is a great way to relax after a long, stressful week of work. There is nothing more relaxing then sitting around a campfire with friends enjoying a nice cold one. Everybody is telling stories or playing guitars and singing. Camping is my happy place.
I get stressed out very easily, and when it happens I usually take a break of whatever I’m doing and I take a short walk on my patio to breathe fresh air, eating a snack works for me too. Music does not help me that much, because when I listen to it I got distracted very easily so is not the best option for me.
