What insurance do you have for your property?

    I do think that keeping your business as the required insurance is a great idea. I believe that business can never get into that much loss. Also I prefer to never rent the property. It is a tedious job.

    The property is for rent purposes...it was a family home, i can't live there no more, my mom isn't around, staying there will wreck my spirit, so i'd rather rent it out...get some money from it and invest elsewhere, as for the insurance cover...its a domestic package policy...soon to be renewed :)

    Alright, i never looked at it that way, rental properties under corporate structures huh?...well this is something i ought to relay/inquire about to my insurer...never knew one could be liable...better safe than sorry. Thanks for the red alert @JR Ewing.
