Being involved in real estate, I am well aware of the "do's" and "don'ts" when it comes on to investing in solid real estate. It may be the location or neighborhood of a particular piece of real estate, it may be the actual fixture that are attached to that property, or it may even be the attitudes and lifestyles of the sellers. So, I'd like to know from you what are your biggest turn-off when it comes to purchasing and/or looking for new real estate ventures and investments?
