I can solve Nader´s savors problem with one word... invest. I do not understand why there is this binary thinking where people think all investments are small cap bio-pharm companies. There are a huge assortment of investment vehicles available that are barely a step up in risk from having your money in the bank. Electrical utilities and large REITs offer dividend yields 3x´s what you can get from a bank with very limited risk.
