I believe that attitude in life is very important. When we're talking about your attitude, I believe what's most important is the manner in which you deal with failure. Many geniuses and visionaries fail many times before they find the "thing" that leads them to their success. A lot of people live in fear of failure and that prevents them from reaching their full potential. Others try once, fail and then they give up. Your resilience and ability to overcome your past failures and mistakes largely determines your successes in life. You can't beat the market if you follow herd behaviour.
This is really important. I hadn't really thought about it like this, but now that you've said it, it makes a lot of sense. People deal with success very well, but how they deal with failure is really what defines them as a person.
I'm still just starting out in my life and I know my daydreams won't amount to much if I don't act and if I don't get a job. I measure all that is good in my life and where I see myself in the future and quantify that with my current happiness level. I don't think I need to be a billionaire to be happy I think a small home by the sea is good enough and I'm aiming for that everyday too.
